I hate to moan on this blog but sometimes I have to because I believe it’s a business lesson.
So recently I purchased a TV from IPMart.com.my and I’ve been disappointed because the item has yet to ship even after almost 2 weeks!
After emailing the support a few times, here’s the same email I get every single time even though I tried asking for refunds…
And I tried calling their “customer care hotline” and it doesn’t even connect me to a support person.
I personally believe that the success of e-commerce sites depend heavily on great customer support.
Unfortunately, IPMart (which I had a lot of hope in in terms of being the main e-commerce store for electronics in Malaysia) has failed and dissappointed me.
